01 The need
New Caledonia's post and telecom office (OPT) wanted to streamline parcel delivery: scanning parcels and capturing proof of delivery in the field, replacing paper processes.
02 The solution
Working within the postal IS office through Skazy NC, I built the SIDO MOBILE app used by delivery agents: parcel scanning, route tracking and customer signature capture on delivery.
